If you would like to provide feedback or make a complaint on any aspect of our service, we would like to hear from you. You can contact us to do this in a number of different ways, which are explained in the feedback and complaints section.
Contacting us about a case
If you wish to contact us about a case involving you or someone else, you will need to get in touch with the individual that is handling the case. You can contact the person directly using the contact details you can find on any correspondence sent by us or by completing a feedback and complaints form.
One of the Volunteer Admin Team can provide general information about Conviction and advice on who to contact if you have a specific query. The team cannot give legal advice, but may be able to provide practical information.
