Please use our online referral form to make referrals if you can. Alternatively, download a form from this page to return by post or email. 

If you want support for yourself, you don’t have to fill in a form. Simply contact us and tell us about your issue.

Referral Criteria

Yes, we will accept a referral if:

  • You have been arrested, charged and/or convicted of an offence in England or Wales.
  • You are a family member of someone who has been arrested, charged and/or convicted of an offence in England or Wales.
  • You are a professional working with someone who has been arrested, charged and/or convicted of an offence in England or Wales.
  • You have been referred to us through a partner or approved organisation.

No, we will not be able to accept a referral if:

  • You have a connection to someone who we have or are currently assisting.
  • You are eligible for legal aid in relation to the matter you seek assistance from us with.
  • You already have a solicitor or barrister who is helping you with the matter you seek assistance from us with.
  • You have previously had assistance from us within the last twelve months, your case was closed due to inappropriate behaviour and/or we do not have the expertise to assist you.
