This is the “appropriate policy document” for Conviction setting out how we will protect Special Categories of Personal Data and Criminal Convictions Data.

Complaints Procedure
Any expression of dissatisfaction about the service you have received from Conviction will be considered seriously and we will ensure that we respond promptly to any complaint.

Privacy Notice for Service Users
You are sending your personal and sensitive information (data) to Conviction for the purposes of applying to us for help from a volunteer caseworker or advocate. We have measures in place to protect your data and to ensure it is kept safe.

Reasonable Adjustment Policy
Conviction is committed to providing excellent customer service and delivering high quality professional services to individuals and organisations throughout England and Wales.

Unacceptable Behaviour Procedure
We understand your situation could be stressful and you might be frustrated – but our staff and volunteers have the right to do their jobs without being treated badly.
